Saul Alinsky and subversion
(Politics)

You're hearing the name Saul Alinsky in the news these days because Newt Gingrich is talking about him. If you Google the name, you'll see lots of blog posts glorifying this community organizer and author of Rules for Radicals. What you may not see is why this man, who died in 1972, is still a danger to America today.

In his famous book, Alinsky wrote: "Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgement to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins--or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom--Lucifer." Yes, you read that right; he's basically giving a virtual high five to Satan himself.

The title of the book really tells the story. It's a handbook for radicals -- the 'Have-Nots' -- to overthrow 'the Haves' as he likes to call them. One of the major tenets in the book is that the ends justify the means. In other word, it doesn't matter who you hurt, what laws you break, what harm you cause, as long as you get your way in the end. You can see this in action today in the many Occupy protests. It's okay to set up camp on public or private property, to block businesses from being able to operate, to throw condoms on a bunch of Catholic school girls, to damage public and private property, because the ends justify the means.

I wouldn't normally recommend reading a book like this, but it's smart to know the tactics of your enemy. The Leftists are doing their best to tear apart this great nation and destroy it from the inside. We need to know just what we're up against. As you read the many rules, you'll recognize them in effect today. The Democrat Party has been overrun by the far Left and Alinsky radicals. If President Obama wins re-election this year, I truly fear the damage he and the Left will do, will not be able to be undone.
